You can ship your return parcel using one of the following methods: 7-11, Shopee Xpress, E-can (Zhaipei tong), Black Cat Yamato or Seller's Self Arrange.
Due to different store types and order shipping methods, there are different options for return logistics. Please follow the logistics displayed in the system when applying.
💡The seller will cover the shipping cost for returns of orders purchased.
🔶 How To Select Return Method:
After your return has been approved, please return the item by selecting your preferred shipping option within the specified time. Please make sure to retain the "Return Receipt" or "Proof of delivery by the seller" until the refund process is completed.
🔹 Select Return Method - Drop Off
(Buyer to 7-11 / Shopee Xpress Delivery)
The system will automatically generate a return number for 7-11 or Shopee Xpress. You can then drop off your parcel at the nearest 7-11 or Shopee Xpress store within the specified timeframe.
🔹 Select Return Method - Pick Up
(Black Cat Yamato / E-can (Zhaipei tong) Pickup)
Black Cat Yamato or E-can (Zhaipei tong) will contact you within 3-7 days after you apply for a return to arrange the pickup. Please be attentive to incoming calls on your phone.
When making the return, please ensure that the "Tracking Number" and "Return/Refund Details" provided by the logistics personnel match.
※ If the pickup addresses are not located within serviceable areas, a return number cannot be generated. Please choose an alternative return method or communicate with the seller via chat.
🔹Select Return Method - Seller Arrange
For some orders, sellers will retrieve them themselves, and the system will not generate a return tracking number.
You do not need to cover the shipping cost for returns, sellers need to take the initiative and determine how to return your goods. If the seller does not respond and retrieve the items within 7 days after receiving the system's return notification, the system will automatically refund you.
💡 Note:
1. Please pay attention to the package size limit before choosing a shipping method. If the limit is exceeded, the product may be rejected by the logistics.
2. Do ensure to return the order in its original packaging or take a video of the packaging and allow some time for the parcel to be delivered.
3. After the items are returned to the seller, the seller needs to conduct an acceptance process within the designated time frame. If the seller agrees to the return or does not provide a response regarding the acceptance status through the system, the system will automatically proceed with the refund process.
4. Do note that the seller may raise a dispute if they are not satisfied with the returned item. In this case, Shopee may approach you for more evidence to support your claim.
