🔶 How do I raise a return/refund request?
🔹 On Shopee App:
Step 1:Select【To Receive】under My Purchases via the Me Page tab.
Step 2:Select the order you would like to request, and select【Return/Refund】.
Step 3:Choose suitable return and refund option ➜ Select product(s).
Step 4:Select return/refund reason, and provide evidence / description (if applicable).
Step 5:After completing all the information, select【Submit】to submit your request.
🔹 On Shopee Website:
Step 1:Go to【To Receive】page and select the order you would like to request.
Step 2:Select【Request For Refund / Return】, and choose a suitable return and refund option.
Step 3:Select product(s) ➜ Select return/refund reason, and provide evidence / description (if applicable).
Step 4:After completing all the information, select【Submit】to submit your request.
💡 Completing the above steps means you have already submitted a return and refund application. Please stay tuned for updates on the progress of your application.
🔶 According to the actual situation of the order, choose a suitable return and refund option:
🔹【I have received my items but there are issues】: I received item(s) with issues such as physical damaged, malfunction, wrong color /size/ model, not true to listing images, etc.
Once your return has been approved, please select your preferred shipping option and return your item. Your return request will be canceled if you do not select your shipping option or return the parcel within the given timeframe.
🔹【I didn't receive my items】: I didn't receive some/all of my items and want a refund.
Shopee will review the case and get back to you on the resolution.Your return/refund request will usually be processed within 3 to 5 working days and you will be notified of the outcome via in-app push notification and email.
💡 Note:
1. If your orders are shipped by Shopee Supported Logistics, you can apply for returns and refunds only when the order status is marked as " To Received ". (The tracking status of your order may take between 24 to 48 hours to be updated by our logistics partners.)
2. Each order can be applied for a return and refund up to 3 times. Please be mindful of your usage before submitting a cancellation and refund request.
