Shopee Coins is the official reward points system on our platform. You can earn Shopee Coins by making purchases, participating in activities, and completing other tasks in the Shopee App.

You can use Shopee Coins for:

🔹 Exchange of Shopee Prizes game items

🔹 Redemption of vouchers

🔹 Shopee Coins can be used to offset the amount of orders, with each Shopee Coin equivalent to $1.

💡 When using Shopee coins, the oldest coins earned will be spent first.

🔸 The limits on Shopee Coins usage on your total transaction amount :

You may refer to the following restrictions on Shopee Coins cashback and redemption, and the amount displayed will be based on the cashback and redemption at the time of checkout.

🔹Shopee Coins Cashback Limit：

1. Please follow the Shopee Coins voucher usage rules.

🔹Shopee Coins Redemption Limit：

1.The maximum redemption for a single order is 25% of the order total.

2.On the 25th of each month, redemption for a single order is is adjusted to a maximum of 50%, but it does not apply to promotional bundle products or electronic voucher products. 

3.A maximum of 2,000 coins per 24 hours.

4.Unlimited maximum Coin usage per 7 days, but it cannot exceed a maximum of 2,000 coins per 24 hours.

🔹Shopee Coins Excluded Category for Redemption：

1.Due to regulatory requirements, some products will be excluded from any discounts and promotional activities (including Shopee Coins redemption).

● Mom & Baby > Milk Formula & Baby Food > Milk Formula - Baby Life Stage: Infant Milk (0-6 months)

● Mom & Baby > Milk Formula & Baby Food > Milk Formula - Baby Life Stage: Follow-On Milk (6-12 months)

2.Some category are not eligible for the Shopee Coins redemption：

● Tickets, Vouchers & Services（for example：stored value, e-voucher, etc.）

● Specific Pre-paid Cards, Gift Vouchers, Virtual Credit, etc.

● Some Life & Entertainment, Video Games, etc.

💡 Note：

1. Shopee Coins expire at the end of the third month from when it was earned. The next month in which it was earned counts as the first month. For example, coins earned anytime in the month of August will expire on 30 November.

2. Shopee Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Shopee Coins used to redeem vouchers or Shopee game items are non-refundable, even if unused or expired.

4. Shopee Coins and other vouchers can simultaneously, and the free shipping subsidy standard is based on the amount before using Shopee Coins.
