If the seller has applied for the receipt issuance service with Shopee, Shopee will provide the receipt to the buyer.
After the seller arranges the shipment, the buyer will receive an E-mail notification within 1 day (as shown in the image below).
🔸 When checking out, how can I determine if Shopee will issue a receipt?
If the checkout page displays the "Electronic receipt" field, it means that the receipt will be issued by Shopee.
If there is no "Electronic receipt" field, it indicates that the seller is not using Shopee to issue receipts, please communicate with the seller via Shopee Chat on the Shopee.(as shown in the image below)
