🔶 Common scenarios for returns and refunds and recommended submission of supporting documents:
The required supporting documents will vary based on the reason for your return/refund (e.g., purchase receipts/invoices, unboxing videos, conversation records with the seller, etc.). Each uploaded proof file should not exceed 10 MB for photos and 30 MB for videos (up to 1 minute).
*If the seller provides valid shipping proof during the review process, demonstrating that the package is in transit, the seller may dispute or Shopee may cancel the return/refund request. However, if the product is confirmed lost during transit, a refund will be processed for the paid order.
**This return reason is only available for Shopee Mall and Preferred Sellers. Additionally, due to the likelihood of disputes arising from special regulation items, the option of 'Not needed/Already purchased a similar item' is not provided for this return reason.
