[Return and delivery] How do I ship my parcel for return/refund?

After your return has been approved, please return the item by selecting your preferred shipping option within the specified time. If you do not select a shipping option or return the parcel within the specified time, your return request will be cancelled. 

🔶 What methods can I use to ship a return package?

You can ship your return parcel using one of the following methods: 7-11, Shopee Xpress, E-can (Zhaipei tong), Black Cat Yamato or Seller's Self Arrange, as shown below:

💡 Note:

1.Depending on the type of store and the order shipping method, there are different return logistics options available. Please follow the logistics options displayed by the system during the application process.

2.The seller will cover the shipping cost for returns of orders purchased.

🔹 Drop-off Method - 7-11 / Shopee Xpress

The system will automatically generate a return number for 7-11 or Shopee Xpress. You can then drop off your parcel at the nearest 7-11 or Shopee Xpress store within the specified timeframe.

Please be aware of the size limitations for package dimensions to avoid rejection at the store:

the maximum length should be ≤ 45cm, the sum of length + width + height should be ≤ 105cm, and the weight for 7-11 should be ≤ 5kg / for Shopee Xpress should be < 10kg.

🔹 Pickup Method - Black Cat Yamato / E-can (Zhaipei tong)

If you'd like to have your parcel picked up from your doorstep, you can request a pickup service.

Black Cat Yamato or E-can (Zhaipei tong) will contact you within 3-7 days after you apply for a return to arrange the pickup. Please be attentive to incoming calls on your phone.

When making the return, please ensure that the "Tracking Number" and "Return/Refund Details" provided by the logistics personnel match.

※ This return method is available for parcels weighing up to 20 kg, with dimensions not exceeding 150 cm on any side, when the pickup addresses are located within serviceable areas.


If the pickup addresses are not located within serviceable areas, a return number cannot be generated. Please choose an alternative return method or communicate with the seller via chat.


🔹Seller's Self Arrange Method

If you choose to use the "Seller's Self Arrange" the system will not generate a return "Tracking Number" .Please ask the seller for a trackable shipping option to arrange the return of the package yourself.

If the seller does not respond and retrieve the items within 7 days after receiving the system's return notification, the system will automatically refund you.

💡 Note:

1. Please make sure to retain the "Return Receipt" or "Proof of delivery by the seller" until the refund process is completed.

2. Do ensure to return the order in its original packaging or take a video of the packaging and allow some time for the parcel to be delivered.

3. After the items are returned to the seller, the seller needs to conduct an acceptance process within the designated time frame. If the seller agrees to the return or does not provide a response regarding the acceptance status through the system, the system will automatically proceed with the refund process.

4. Do note that the seller may raise a dispute if they are not satisfied with the returned item. In this case, Shopee may approach you for more evidence to support your claim.
