[Order Cancellation] How will I get my refund for cancelled orders?
After the order cancellation or return and refund request is approved, you can expect to receive in-app and email notifications, and the refunds will be initiated immediately.
The refund timeline can vary depending on the payment method used for your order.
Please refer to the table below:
* After the refund is processed to Shopee Wallet, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 3 to 5 working days. You can view the transaction record in "Shopee Wallet."
** If your SPaylater bill has been billed and payment is complete, a refund will generate an overpayment.
*** After the funds are refunded to your JKOPay account, it is not possible to request a refund through Shopee Wallet or a credit card chargeback. Instead, you can withdraw the funds or use them for purchases within the JKO App.
