After the order cancellation or return and refund request is approved, you can expect to receive in-app and email notifications, and the refunds will be initiated immediately.

The refund timeline can vary depending on the payment method used for your order. 

Please refer to the table below:

* The refund cannot be processed through other methods. If a default bank account is already set, the system will automatically use that account information. If you need the refund to be processed to a different bank account, please change the default bank account before request for Return/Refund.

** If your SPaylater bill has been billed and payment is complete, a refund will generate an overpayment. 

*** Once the funds are refunded to your JKOPay account, they cannot be refunded through other methods, such as credit cards. However, you can withdraw the funds or make purchases via the JKOPay app.
