[Account Issues] Why is my account being limited?

The system will automatically detect whether an account has violated Shopee's terms and agreements. In order to maintain the order and safety of Shopee's marketplace transactions, accounts found in violation will be subject to freezing.


If you receive a Shopee account suspension notification, please go to the Self-Service Option and carefully read the red instructions provided above. Follow the instructions to provide the necessary supporting documents for the subsequent account unfreezing application.


After filling out the form, the Shopee team will conduct a review of your appeal.


💡 If you do not see the red instruction section, please try again after 24 hours.

💡 If you are unable to log in to your account, please fill out this appeal form for assistance. If you can still log in, please do not fill out this form.

🔸 Limited accounts could be permanently suspended if:

🔹 An appeal was not initiated within 30 days from the date your account was limited.

🔹 Repeated offenses after a successful appeal.

🔹 The appeal was rejected.

🔹 Selling severely prohibited items.


💡 Note:

1.Please make sure to verify that your Shopee account and email address are correctly filled in. If the information is incorrect, you may not receive the review response.

2.To expedite the processing time, please avoid submitting duplicate requests.

3.Once you have submitted the appeal form, you will receive a response within 3 working days. 

4.Accounts that have already received a review response will no longer be eligible for further reviews.
