Regularly changing your Shopee account password can ensure the security of your account information. 

You can add or change your account password via App or Website while logged in. If you forget Shopee account password, please refer to 👉 How do I reset my account password if I have forgotten it?

🔹 On Shopee Website:

Click the【Password Change Page】to verify your identity, and then you can change your Shopee account password.

🔹 On Shopee App:

Go to the 【Me Page】tab ➜ Select【⚙️】Icon ➜ Select【Account & Security】➜ Select【Change Password】.

After verifying your identity, you will be able to change or add your Shopee account password.

💡 The system will provide various identity verification methods. Please follow the options displayed by the system as your primary choice.

🔹 Passwords are required to have:

● A minimum of 8 characters (maximum 16 characters).

● At least one uppercase and one lowercase character.

※You are encouraged to include numbers and symbols (e.g. !@#$%^&*) to create a strong password that is harder to guess.

💡 Note:

1. Please do not share your Shopee verification code (OTP) with others, including Shopee employees.
2. If you log in to your Shopee account via a third-party account (Google, Facebook, or other accounts), please add a password as soon as possible to secure your account.
