[Shopee Xpress] About Shopee Xpress of Service

Shopee Xpress is a service provided by Shopee in collaboration with designated logistics partners.

Buyer can buy an item from a Seller and elects to have it delivered via Shopee Xpress.

🔶 How do I check the status of my Shopee Xpress order：

🔹 To directly check the delivery status on the Shopee Shopping App:

1. Click on the bottom right corner [Me Page].

2. Click on [To Receive].

3. Find the order for which you want to inquire about the delivery status.

4. Click on the field with the label [Order Shipping Status].

5. Click on [＞] to see the shipping information.

6. You can now confirm the detailed delivery status of your items.

🔹To directly check the delivery status on the Shopee Shopping website:

1. Click on the upper-right corner 【Shopee Account】

2. After expanding the options, click on 【My Purchase】

3. Click on 【To Receive】

4. You can then confirm the delivery progress information.

💡 You will receive push notifications from the system when the goods arrive at the Shopee Xpress store, and you have 5 days to pick it up at the store.

🔶 Shopee Xpress Store Operating Hours：

Please refer to the on-site announcement of each store for operating hours.

🔹 Normal Store: Open every day, from 11:30 A.M. to 10:30 P.M.

🔹 Self-Collection Store: Open 24 hours. (The operating hours for the "Hsinchu Guangfu Self-Collection Store" remain from 11:30 A.M. to 9:30 P.M.)

🔶 Shopee Xpress Store Locations：

Go to Shopee Xpress Service-Point website ➜ Enter your current location or the address you are looking for in the search bar ➜ View nearby store options.
