When your order is in the To Ship or To Receive status, you can view detailed shipping updates and track its delivery status more closely.

🔸 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once the seller arranges for shipment, you can expect to receive your local order within 3 to 5 days and your overseas order within 7 to 14 working days, excluding public holidays and the logistics partner's non-working days.

🔸 How do I check the status of my order?

🔹Orders shipped by Shopee Supported Logistics (including four major convenience store chains, Shopee Xpress, Home Delivery, Kerry Express, Black Cat Yamato, HCT, Next Day Delivery and E-can)：

With this integration, you can keep track of shipments by our logistics partners directly with ease via Shopee.

Step 1：Go to【To Receive】page.

Step 2：Select shipment status of your order.

Step 3：All shipping updates will be updated regularly, from preparing your parcel, pickup by courier, to being out for delivery and having been delivered. 

🔹Orders shipped by non-Shopee Supported Logistics (including Chunghwa Post and seller's own delivery service, etc.)： 

Orders shipped by non-Shopee Supported Logistics may have limited tracking on Shopee , and you may not receive notifications when your order has been delivered.

We recommend that you check the estimated delivery date with the seller directly via Shopee Chat on the Shopee.

If you haven't received the goods yet, please make sure to apply for a return and refund before the order is marked as completed to prevent the seller from receiving the payment.

🔹 If you choose to pick up your order at one of the major convenience store chains, you will receive push notifications and pickup SMS notifications from the system when the goods arrive at the designated store (as shown in the image below).
